Jackson Stevens GlobalReviews of jacksonstevensglobal.com

I have had a great experience working with Jackson Stevens. From the very first conversation, it was clear they focus deeply on getting the early stages of the recruitment process right — and they do it exceptionally well. Their approach to personal branding, resume development, and presentation materials is not only thoughtful but also incredibly streamlined and efficient. Everything was organized, timely, and clearly communicated. They asked the right questions to draw out the most compelling parts of my experience and helped shape a professional narrative that truly reflects my strengths.

I am truly impressed by Jackson Stevens and Dean’s team. After nearly 20 years of not actively searching for a new role, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had built my career from intern to executive at Enterprise and later stepped into the role of CEO after co-purchasing a business in 2017. When I made the decision to begin transitioning out of day-to-day operations and explore new leadership opportunities, I knew I needed support from a team who had a track record of success and the highest level of experience. The personalized process and attention was amazing. As a part of their Concierge program, I felt fully supported as I took this step. They didn’t just help me feel more confident—they gave me the tools, training, coaching and support to build a strategic network from the ground up, and I will market myself in ways I wouldn’t have known to on my own. Highly recommend to any executive ready to play at their next professional chapter.

I have been working with JSG for about 3 months now. I was referred by a colleague who had great success with JSG. I originally tried to work with them to help me prepare for my next step in my career, rebuilding my resume, helping me optimize LinkedIn, and connecting me with recruiters. As I engaged more and more with the team, I learned that they could do so much more. They have helped me up my game in executive presence and communication. They have helped me improve my personal branding. They have worked with me to hone my interviewing skills. They have helped me strategize about not just my next job, but also my career trajectory. The JSG process is strategic and personalized. The team truly cares.  They understood my diverse background across industries like healthcare, life sciences, financial services, retail, and cloud infrastructure, and tailored my positioning to match the caliber of opportunities I’m seeking. If you’re an executive looking for clarity, momentum, and meaningful results in your job search— you need to have the right strategy and support in place - don’t hesitate. This is a serious partner for serious executive candidates.

Working with Jackson Stevens Global has been nothing short of life-changing. I had no idea about the "real way" recruiting agencies work and the process by which they operate. The team at Jackson Stevens opened my eyes to a whole world that operates underneath the surface of sourcing and recruiting, and my career will be forever changed because of it. The executive coaching is thoughtful, strategic, and tailored to my unique goals, and the operating process is dynamic and dialed in. I came to them seeking clarity and a high-level transition into roles such as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, Head of Strategy, or Head of Innovation. I was also exploring global opportunities, particularly overseas. The JSG team didn’t just help me organize my career narrative—they elevated it. I am now having powerful conversations with recruiters and lining up interviews where I have confidence and know exactly how to navigate the interviews to get exactly what I want. I needed a team that could help me break through to the next level and manage my career smart. JSG prepared me with precision. Every conversation, document, and piece of feedback was geared toward positions that put me at the highest level. It felt like they had the formula—and they executed it with care, candor, and excellence. If you’re ready to step into your next-level role, especially on the global stage, this is the team to trust.

Working with the expert team at Jackson Stevens has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. After stepping away from my COO role and entering the job market for the first time in 30 years, I was unsure where to begin. The landscape has changed dramatically—and I knew I needed expert support. I have contacts, but this is a plan for confidence, opportunities and security. From day one, the coaching, strategic guidance, and high-caliber resources provided by the team were world-class. They didn’t just plug me into a system—they tailored a plan around my goals, experience, and target compensation. The executive search connections they offer are real, well-curated, and relevant to my level. What stood out most was how they helped me treat the process like a pipeline—equipping me to build momentum, communicate effectively, and position myself for top-tier opportunities like CEO, COO, or President roles in industries like manufacturing, semiconductors, and advanced energy. I am looking forward to effective marketing strategy and a trusted team. If you’re a senior leader navigating a competitive market, I can't recommend this team highly enough. They combine smart systems with personal attention—and it works.

Before partnering with Jackson Stevens, I was feeling stuck in my role at a Fortune 200 global player in aerospace and industrial markets. Despite a strong background across a number of industrial sectors, landing an interview was a challenge. My goal was a role with P&L ownership and a compensation package north of $650K, but the path forward was unclear. The Jackson Stevens team helped me build a high-impact executive resume and coached me to show up powerfully in interviews. Their strategic outreach—targeting the right executive search firms and high-level opportunities—was a game-changer. The Jackson Stevens approach to interview preparation made a tremendous difference in how I brand and promote myself, and ultimately helped me land my dream job in a global leadership role at a Fortune 100 company. If you're a senior executive looking for a partner to help you find and land your next role, Jackson Stevens is who to call. SDD, VP, Aerospace & Defense

I have been very impressed with the customer-orientated approach of Jackson Stevens. From the beginning, Dean and his team have been attentive to every detail to be in service of my career needs and aspirations. I never felt like I was just another client -- I truly felt like I was one of one. I believe that JackonStevens will be someone I can go to in the future when needed as I continue my career journey. Highly recommended for others who are looking to accelerate their career trajectory or just retool their toolbox.

After nearly two decades at a major tech company, I found myself up against a glass ceiling. Despite a strong track record leading growth across multiple industries, I realized that breaking into executive-level roles truly aligned with my experience and compensation goals would require a different approach. I turned to Jackson Stevens for their reputation in executive transition services and their ability to connect candidates with the right networks and opportunities. My goal was to land a senior role in a high-growth SaaS or tech company. Before working with them, I’d only had two interviews in six months that matched my criteria. Fast forward: I’ve just accepted a Senior Executive role in Cybersecurity-a new industry for me-after negotiating three title options and presenting a financial incentive plan directly to the CEO, which was approved. Even more valuable, I now have a long-term positioning strategy and the confidence that comes from having a system and a team I can trust. During my offer negotiations, I received four inbound recruiter calls in four days-double the number of serious interviews I’d had in the previous six months. These were high-caliber opportunities I would never have accessed without Jackson Stevens’ expertise and deep network in the executive search industry. Now, I have a recruiter-facing resume, a strong MVP I continue to refine, and a high-level network that would have been out of reach on my own. I’m positioned to win-not just now, but for the long term. Dean and the Jackson Stevens team coached me through every step: from strategy and story refinement to negotiation and long-term planning. If you’re a senior executive ready to level up and compete at the top, trust the process. The investment has already paid off, and then some. Highly recommend.
