Jackson Stevens GlobalReviews of jacksonstevensglobal.com

Incredible Service - more than I was expecting. I had my resume rewritten several month ago by another resume service. While it looked nice, the content was essentially a reformat of my old resume. Dean's process is a lot of work, but the end result is a resume that describes your story with challenges and results and is something you can be proud to showcase your value. As an executive considering opportunities, this process was well worth the investment. I haven't interviewed in over 10 years, so the coaching sessions are insightful and force you to think like a recruiter or potential employer. Bottom line, I don't write reviews often, but highly recommend Jackson Stevens for an executive considering making a transition.

Dean Trimble and the entire team at Jackson Stevens are exceptional. When I found myself looking for a career change, I began researching and speaking with executive transition service companies to help facilitate the process. After one phone call with Dean, it became clear to me that this organization was a cut above the rest. I retained Jackson Stevens to assist me through the process of changing careers. The level of expertise, efficiency and customer service is unparalleled. Every member of the team works to ensure your success. They operate with a level of efficiency and competence that is beyond impressive. They listen to and understand your career goals and help you to achieve them. Most importantly, you will learn skills from Dean and his team that will prove to be tremendously valuable to you as you navigate through the corporate world. Hiring Jackson Stevens was one of the most important decisions I’ve made to advance my career. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Dean is extremely knowledgeable and direct. His transition process is organized and comprehensive, building the content and the strategies that set the foundation for future success and mobility.

The resume that the team created for me was perfect and their professionalism was absolutely top-notch. Dean and team are easy to work with.

Dean Trimble and his team are incredibly responsive and empathetic to the needs of executives considering, or making, a career transition. In my case, I held an unused account with Jackson Stevens going back two years prior. Reason? I made a successful transition before much of any of the services were consumed when my service was initiated two years ago. Not only did Jackson Stevens pick up the services right where we 'left off' but they honored the investment even though it could be reasonable to expect they might have 'expired'. This is the epitome of integrity and is emblematic of the care and responsiveness they bring in every step of the process.

Beyond the service I paid for this was like a therapy session, revalidating my own value. The mindset alteration changed my approach immediately and responses are dramatically improved before we have even finished. I was skeptical at first but there seem to be so many insights that in retrospect should have been obvious to me. I can now succinctly explain and demonstrate my value. Highly recommended

The teams work and diligent preparation and coaching are top notch. Dean is an experienced and thoughtful coach and his guidance has been spot on. 100% Recommend Jackson Stevens and the team under Dean. Not only the Trust Pilot score, but the experience you will have from your first interaction on will prove Jason Stevens knows what they are doing and will help get you to where you want to be.

Jackson Stevens Resumes, and in particular Dean Trimble, offers an amazing service. This is professional coaching and resume service for high performance executives, and for experienced professionals looking to break through to the executive level. Based on the strong recommendation of a friend I engaged this company to help me prepare for some extensive interviews and negotiations when I was looking to make a career move recently. They don’t just give you canned answers to memorize but instead get you really thinking about what makes sense to highlight from your work experience and why. This was very helpful as I had over 20 years of professional accomplishments and experiences to sift through. In addition to interview prep for executives and negotiation consulting, they also completely change the way you think about resumes. It requires reaching deep and thinking through your past work accomplishments and then using their unique process to redefine how you are presented in your job application process. Their methods are based on many years of extensive research they’ve conducted in recruiting. They are also plugged in to the recruiter network and have fantastic and data-driven systems to work that to a candidate’s advantage. Through working with Jackson Stevens I have received three great job offers and have finally catapulted my career from a senior director level into a new job in the C-suite of an international company. Additionally my team including Dean and JJ (John S) and others were readily available for quick questions or consults when prepping for interviews that were arranged on short notice. I consider their fee to be money well spent in investing in my career and getting me into an exciting and rewarding executive role. I’m unaware of any other service that comes close to offering the level and range of services of Jackson Stevens.
