Kenny to the rescue! HOPEFULLY - YES
There have been some systemic issues with withdrawals; however, Kenny in customer support contacted finance while I was on the phone and sorted out the problem so that my withdrawal would process immediately. Up to this point I have been waiting for many weeks. I had to even postpone doctors appointment because I couldn’t afford the out-of-pocket waiting on the withdrawal. Thank you, Kenny and the staff at Jackpot wheel Casino. UPDATE: 5/25 I have not received the withdrawal still. I had high hopes that Kenny was communicating hopefully truth but it hasn’t arrived as reality as won and deposited bitcoin in my wallet. The platform Jackpot Wheel Casino did follow through although it took a timely amount of energy from me, but it did get processed thankfully. Thank you.
