I’m gonna have to go with the majority…
I’m gonna have to go with the majority on this one and say the jackpot daily is most definitely a scam site and do not waste your time!! I won $300 up here a few days ago and it says my profile is verified, but there’s literally no redeem button anywhere!! so customer support says that I’m not verified, but there’s also not an option for me to do that either!!! so I have been back-and-forth and round and round with them for three days about trying to get verified, and I’m still not verified, and I still have $300 sitting there and it’s really pissing me off!!! and I feel like I’m just talking to bots…I’m pretty positive I’ll never see that $300!! Smh

Hi, we’re sorry for the frustration and confusion you’ve experienced, especially after spending several days trying to resolve the verification issue. We understand how concerning it must be to see your profile showing as verified while being told otherwise, with no clear option to complete the process. This isn’t the experience we want for our players, and we’d like to take a closer look at what’s happening with your account and verification status. Please reach out to our support team with your account details and reference this review so the situation can be reviewed further. We sincerely apologize for the back-and-forth and appreciate your patience while this is looked into.

Junk
Bad had one drop and it took everything it gives you a false sense of security the it goes in for the kill I personally think all of these games are own by the same people just using different names because if they let you win on one gaming platform then you are going to lose on the others I know it's a gamble but yo lose like this is a ripoff I see it why this gaming platform gets sued they should because they take more than they give smh

They stole $140 from me.
Paid for a $100 package and tried to cash out $140. They literally lied and said the money was sent via ACH, but could not provide any proof. DO NOT PLAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Hello, thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a delay or issue with a redemption. Redemption processing times may be affected by account verification, payment methods, banking processing times, or security reviews. If your redemption has exceeded the expected processing timeframe, please contact our support team with your registered email address, redemption amount, and redemption date so we can review the status in more detail. If your redemption is marked as completed but the funds have not yet appeared in your bank account, we also recommend checking with your bank in case there is a processing delay on their end. Our team will do our best to help confirm the payment status and determine the appropriate next steps. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If there was a no stars option I would…
If there was a no stars option I would definitely check it. Junk you can't even verify your account until you have 100 dollars and the games, good luck being one of the 2% of the population that can win anything on there. Trash

Hi, we’re sorry to hear about your disappointment and appreciate you sharing your feedback. We understand how the timing of the verification process can be confusing, especially when you’d prefer to have everything verified before reaching the redemption requirement. Our verification process is designed around account security and redemption eligibility, but we understand your concerns about the experience. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we’ll continue working to make our verification process and requirements clearer for our players. Thank you for giving us a try.
