Wouldn’t even stay lit. The wick was horrible quality. We had to dig the ring out of the wax, couldn’t even burn the candle.

I was gifted one of these candles this past Christmas.. It was a small tin container and it was supposed to be some sort of a Christmas scent.. This was, hands down, THE WORST scented candle I've ever smelled in my life.. It smelled like kerosene or something of the sort.. I did dig through the candle to find a size 7 gumball machine looking ring in the bottom wrapped in pink foil and a couple layers of plastic.. It can be a gift for my 6 year old granddaughter.. I'm sure she'll love it.. And, I will make sure to tell the person that gifted me this candle to NEVER do it again cause it's really not worth it..

I've ordered these Jackpot Candles a few times, kinda fun, but, only when they actually come with a ring. Got 2 candles a while back. Had a night we needed a candle and lit it. After it burned down was only able to find an aluminum wrapper. And since we don't just buy candles to burn them down, they told me basically it's been too long, sorry bout your luck and referred me to Amazon where I was told the same thing. Shouldn't matter how long you have the candle, if it doesn't come with the "mystery ring". Send another one. Will not purchase them anymore. Had they done the right thing, yes, I would. But not now.

Recieved a candle as a gift. Smells good just sitting there. Can not get the wick to stay lit so don't know how it smells lit. I will not be suggesting or purchasing anything from this company to many reviews about the wicks not staying lit. Maybe this is something they should fix?

I contacted company right after I put my order in. Realized I sent to my address with autofill instead of MiL. I was assured the address was changed because it had not left the center for shipping. I still received it. So I had to go to post office return n write a bout 5 emails to ensure it was returned n that they would send to correct address. Needless to say item did not arrive on time. I had even asked if I needed to cancel so I can reorder to make sure this did not happen. Customer service is a waste of time. Obviously they just tell you what you want to hear.

They smell great and my mother love's the smell.
