Happy with the quality, thrilled with the service and communication
I was a new customer to Jackets Junction and wasn’t sure what to expect. They had the exact item that I wanted and the price was low so I figured it was low risk. They communicated with me immediately about my order providing updates and assurances that it would be of high quality. This coat has a great look and a comfortable fit. While it could be warmer in windy conditions, it still performs well. Occasionally, the zipper can be a bit stubborn, but overall, it's easy to use. The fabric, while prone to pilling, is easily manageable. At $150, it's on the pricier side, but considering its style and fit, it's a good choice. It's a stylish and well-fitting coat, and while it has some minor issues, it offers good value for the price. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of working with the company.

Ich bin rundum glücklich und zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war super, habe auf jede Frage eine Antwort erhalten, immer sehr sehr freundlich. Amazing jacket. Amazing communication
The jacket took some time, because they wanted to make sure quality was of a high standard. I don't normally leave reviews, but I have to say, I am impressed.
