Wish I could give this company 0 stars. They sold me a fake Elite Eleven jumper. They are absolute scammers. Do NOT buy from this company! Dodgy AF!

jackets junction is a scam website full of fake clothing. I was sold a poorly made jacket with buttons that aren't functional, i want to return it gor a refund but they refused. I'm convinced that they double charge my credit card on purpose hopefully that i wouldn't notice, thankfully i was able to get 1 of 2 payment back from my bank.

Do not do business with this company. I ordered a jacket from them on 12/5/24. The jacket was never delivered so I contacted Chase (my credit card company) on 1/15/25 to report the situation. Chase issued an immediate chargeback for the full amount. The jacket was delivered to me approximately three months after I received the chargeback. Jackets Junction began to start sending me threatening emails on 5/8/25 demanding payment or they would ruin my credit and report me to collections. I should have blocked them at that time but if this was a legitimate request for payment despite their lack of professionalism, I offered them a partial payment which they agreed to accept. They then proceeded to send me two inactive/fake Chase payment links which could not be used. When I informed them of this, they requested that I either Zelle my payment to someone named "Muhammad", initiate an ACH transfer, or send them a check made payable to "Alanco Products." At this point I ceased all communication and blocked their emails. I have also reported them to Chase for creating fraudulent payment links that appear to be supported by Chase.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! - We ordered Item # JJ-M-8892, Coat was several sizes too large was sewn very poorly and had multiple dye spots on the sleeves. Multiple efforts were made to contact them to make this right but as of now no response from anyone $ 170.00 wasted

Terrible company. Ordered a jacket that came 3 months late. Terrible fit and ugly style (nothing like the picture on the website). Would not refund me. Said "change of mind" wasn't a valid excuse as indicated on their return policy. NOWHERE, did it say that. If you can't return something because it was ugly, WTF?

This is an absolutely terrible company. I ordered a jacket from this company that's supposed to be a replicated item which I found out later because on their site it does not state that whatsoever. I took a chance with this company and told him that I would take a chance with them just because it'll be my first time ordering something like this. Did I asked for the jacket to have some alterations made to it? Some pockets waterproofing things of that nature. Nothing major but the jacket itself never had those alterations implemented on them. The jacket inside and outside was supposed to be identical to a particular jacket sold by a particular company. The outside of the jacket did appear to look as if it was the same, but the inside of the jacket was completely different. Not only was the inside of Jacket, completely different but it also came in damaged. I asked for the item to be packaged in a box bubble wrapped for security cuz it had a long distance to travel but they did not do that even though they did tell me that they would. When I addressed these concerns and issues with the company, all they said was thank you for your reply. Will take note of that for future purchases. This company did not offer me any money back. Did not offer to replace the jacket. Nothing. This company does not care about this. It's customers does not care about his reputation. Simply just does not care at all.

AVOID SCAMMERS - this company they send updates as if your jacket is being made etc thats just a con to make you think its being made and going through the process dont rember reading that its made from scratch and takes months to get the product if you ever recieve it at all.Had to go to credit card section 75 to get money back but did say that this company is in there radar and been passed to relavant authorities and not in the USA.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order in October 2024. In December I asked for an update. They always responded right away and promised my order was in process. However, I asked for another update in January and again in February. Finally in March I contacted my credit card company about a fraudulent charge on my card. They agreed that 5 months was an excessive amount of time for a product to ship.
