When I designed my custom jacket, it gave me a size estimate based on my weight (a ridiculous way to estimate jacket size). When I told them I want a size smaller, they told me that it wouldn't fit. I asked them why they thought so and they didn't respond. I told them that based on their measurements the smaller size should fit just fine, and they guaranteed that it would not. I asked them if they could make one small adjustment to the length and they said they could adjust it to be a size bigger, because the smaller size wouldn't fit me. I told them I'd take my chances and I ordered the smaller size. It fits perfectly. If I had gone with their suggestion my jacket wouldn't have fit me. I've never had to argue with someone so much over my own jacket size. They were dead wrong about their own sizing and to top it off they were rude about it. Terrible customer service experience. I do love the jacket and it fits great, no thanks to them.

Order went very smooth and jacket was of great quality

Bought a jacket, love it! but didn't agree with the recommended size at all. Said on the website that choosing a size is the customer's responsibility, so ok that's cool. Wanted to find out more specific measurements, but got so many very rude responses that i gave up. Too bad, they do sell quality stuff.

I ordered four jackets from Stewart & Strauss, all with our company logo. The ordering process was easy and trouble free. The jackets I received exceeded my expectations in both quality and fit. The logo was superbly done. My staff loved them. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a jacket from S & S and really liked it. Unfortunately it just didn't fit quite right so I retirned it. I followed their instructions to the tee and received an email noting they had received it and that a credit was forthcoming. It sounds simple but not all companies do it this well.

I wanted a "professional" looking jacket and chose the black all wool jacket. I supplied our logo for the front of the jacket. I promptly received an email asking for PMS colors used in our logo. I provided that information the next day. That was June 14th. I received my jacket on June 24th! My jacket is a perfect fit. High quality. Looks like a much more expensive jacket! The embroidery work for our logo is impeccable. Very happy with my Stewart and Strauss custom jacket. Thank you!

I ordered a number of jackets for our Corporate office after finding you online. The website was very informative, and the selection is second to none. Very user friendly website, but if there is a problem, there is even someone I can chat with live. The quote was sent to us within a couple of hours along with a rendition of the jackets and details. I went through Group Sales to place the order and was greeted by a very cheery individual who was very helpful in taking down the information and providing us with exactly what we needed. The jackets came to us in perfect condition, all details as requested even sooner than expected. It has been a great experience, and one that we will certainly use again in the future when we have our new hires. Stewart & Strauss is second to none!!
