I ordered two customized jackets from Stewart & Strauss. I had wanted a lettermans jacket for years. Ordering was easy. I was able to design several jackets and print them out so I could look at them side by side and make my final decision. The size chart was accurate and had an illustration of specific measurements I should take. I had a question about the status of my order after purchasing my jacket. The team responded quickly with a specific schedule. When I received each order, both were exactly as ordered and fit perfectly. I believe my jackets will become more interesting as they become worn with age. If I ever want to replace them I won't put it off again, I will simply order a new one from Stewart & Strauss.

This site is so Amazing and espesially with the mode build a jacket. I have seen so many good reviews for this company but i have never seen any comment about the prices. I think they are too expensive. I am from a country that the economics of my country isn't no well at all. I am student and my parents they try so hard to work and get money for my studies and grow up my little brother. I have designed so many jackets that i like so much and i will never buy them cause i don't have so much money. I hope in the future to see better prices or special prices for all the students in the world!! (sorry for my English)

In London right now it’s cold and freezing but I’m going out in just a T-shirt and my quilted Jacket. After placing my customer order they responded back validating the special instructions. In addition, they sent an email just to double check the color of the stripes on the knitting was what I wanted and candidly had found an error I had made! Absolutely top notch work! I’m a big fashion & quality guy and have many different high end clothing items, and NONE of them exceed the quality of S&S work and attention to detail. Would I recommend em... I’m ALREADY recommending them to everyone I know! And I’m going to order another jacket in a different set of colors, just because!
