Stewart & StraussReviews of jacketshop.com

Love my new wool and leather jacket. Wonderful craftmanship from top to bottom. Had a slight hitch with the delivery but they chased up Fed Ex and it arrived the following day. You can count on them!

Excellent shop. I am now on my second jacket and planning to order a third one. Quality is superb in all details. Materials are the finest, colors offered are amazing and the lettering is awsome. Contact via e-mail is quick and efficient. Shipping to Brazil by FedEx worked perfectly. I am truly satisfied and strongly recommend Stewart & Strauss! Thank you.

Top service, good customers service, top quality product,

We received our jacket a week ago. My son loves it! Such great quality and heavy duty. It's beautiful. I even made a mistake and I didn't catch it until I placed the order. I emailed the company and let them know I made a mistake. The company emailed me to confirm they got my email and would make the changes. I was still a little worried until I opened it and it was just the way we wanted it. So happy with everything.

I bought this wonderful jacket 7 years ago, it always accompanies me on my tours! Fantastic quality !! Rock'n'Roll 🤙🏻

I wanted to surprise my grandson with a letterman jacket. Unfortunately, it was the wrong color. I contacted Customer Service & they immediately replied with return instructions and received a refund shortly. I highly recommend doing business with them. They were very gracious & understanding with my mistake.

We purchased a jacket for our grandson January 2021 and he put it away in a closet since school was online. In June we went to local store to get letters and class year sewn on and discovered that it was the wrong color. It was the color we ordered, but his school colors had a different shade of gold. He didn't keep the receipt because quality was excellent and he was keeping the jacket. After one phone call, I received a polite and professional call saying we could return the jacket for a full refund and they sent me an email with instructions. That is AMAZING service. We were afraid it was too late, but we got a no hassle return and courteous service. Thank you. A relieved nana in Columbia, MO

I would like rated 10 stars if I could for their customer service. When I placed my order the delivery time was 2 weeks, at the end of the 2 weeks I still had not received my order, I sent them an email and they responded very quickly and they answered me. proposed to wait until the end of the week to see if the order will arrive and that if not he would reimburse me, indicating that the problem was with the transport of the post office. They continued their research and filed a complaint to the postal service A few days later they informed me that my order was found and that it was continuing on its way for delivery and I received my order. A big thank you for their responsiveness, their follow-up and their professionalism. Since the jacket is a gift for my daughter who is in Belgium I will make a comment when she has had and tried. Thank you again to all your team
