David helped a lot I ordered a jacket from the Netherlands knowing it would take a bit longer then usual but after 20 days I had no update so I send a mail and had a really quick response with helpful information about my order.

Have made numerous attempts to contact their phone never answers just puts you on music hold forever. Also have sent numerous email. Trying to exchange sent wrong item. Zero ability to contact-currently filing claim with cc company. Buyer Beware! Would not order from them.

David saved.me a lot of hassle. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and he changed it before it was shipped. I would have had to go through the exchange process which can be no fun. Thanks David.
