Sizes run small. Trying to do a return is not a good experience. They want you to pay for shipping but my credit card refuses to let the payment go through.

BUYER BEWARE I ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas and it is completely counterfeit and of terrible quality. It does not match the image shown on the website. I have attempted emails and phone calls to return the item and no one responds. When you try calling, you will listen to music for as long as you are willing to wait- no one will answer the phone

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a sweater. Sizing is way off and sent them several e-mails tried calling and no response. I will NEVER order again.

Placed an order on December 17th for a Miami Dolphins "Salute to Service" Hoodie.. Nothing but excuses from this company.. Do not do business with these people. My bank got me a refund thanks to them..

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered a hoodie three weeks before Christmas. It came 2 weeks later than it was supposed to. I order a size L and got a size Xs plus the hoodie was a really bad quality. I tried to refund but they kept resisting. They wouldn’t give me a refund until I threatened to report them. Will NEVER order again.

I ordered a jacket on December 7 with a promise it would be shipped to me by Dec 22. It did not arrive as scheduled due to the orders getting behind (according to the website). I reached out via email to the administrator in charge of the company who got back to me immediately. He assured that he would have info on the jacket within 24 hours. I did get a shipping date shortly after and the jacket did arrive by Jan 3. I can’t give a 4 star review due to the promise of its arrival by the 22nd, but I am pleased with the immediate response to my email and fulfillment of the order in a reasonable time. The jacket is beautiful as well.
