The customer service is really amazing. They reply in a timely manner and address all problems efficiently. I had the opportunity of having “David” as my assistant and he made me feel as though I mattered. Not only that, but their products are also great. I received a Logic The Incredible True Story Jumpsuit and was astonished with the quality of the material. It was a little too big, but again their customer service had helped me greatly in getting the right size. Overall an amazing company that has my future business and should have yours too!

I have been waiting for my order since early January. I have been told multiple times that my order has been "escalated" to leadership. I was last told it would ship in 3 to 4 days....that was 9 days ago. I'll report back if I ever get it. They respond quickly. They just can't seem to execute what they promise. Looking at filing a more formal complaint with BBB or AG. Will update this review if anything changes.

Jacket-Hub gave me extraordinary service, delivering the exact product I needed and getting it to me in Australia within two weeks of ordering it. David was tremendous, keeping me informed and relaxed and confident - and he also delivered on his promises. Brilliant all-round. The jacket only needed slight tailoring. Genuine 5 stars - not a bot.
