Ordered NFL Sideline Cape, arrived about three weeks later and was very large for a size medium. Nice quality, heavy cotton lining. Customer support sent me a smaller one for $50USD, which was for shipping charges. The XS was nice, but the lining was thinner.

Bought a Cardinal Copia jacket in Blue a few months ago. I loved it so much I bought a Red one. Again I cannot find fault with the service provided by the Sales team and delivery was prompt. However, the quality of the red jacket was not quite up to the standard of the blue one. There are way fewer sequins and you can see a lot of the red mesh material. It doesn’t quite have the same impact as the blue one, so I’m a little disappointed with my second purchase.

I ordered the White Taylor Swift Lover Cardigan with pink hearts on February 16, 2025. I reached out to the company March 25th because I didn't receive the order. I received the cardigan on March 31st and it was not what I ordered. They said they would send the correct cardigan if I paid an extra $40 for the shipping. I couldn't understand why if they made the mistake by sending the wrong product, why I had to pay to have the correct product that I paid for sent to me. I will never order from this company again! Not a happy customer at all!
