Dear Dhaval, Following a detailed review of your account activity, the withdrawal function was temporarily disabled as part of a standard security check. During the investigation, the game provider detected signs of card counting on Blackjack tables, which falls under Section 9 of our Terms & Conditions: “Development of strategies aimed at gaining unfair winnings.” Based on the provider’s confirmation and the violation of these rules, your account has been permanently closed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Please note that security and compliance checks are standard procedures designed to protect both players and the platform, and such decisions are made based on the provider’s findings and our internal policies. If you require any further clarification regarding your account, you may contact our support team via live chat or email. Best regards, Jackbit Casino

Honestly.
Honestly.. dead spins. Hardly get anything from these spins. Gets quite annoying. Definitely wouldn’t recommend slots on here man, so annoying. Withdrawals definitely get paid out but spins are horrific

Dear S N, We understand that slot results can sometimes feel frustrating. Please note that all slot games on our platform are provided by licensed game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Outcomes are completely random and cannot be influenced or adjusted by the casino. We’re glad to hear that your withdrawals were processed successfully, and if you ever have questions about specific games or RTP information, our support team will be happy to assist you. Best regards, Jackbit Casino

jackbit deleted my money
I had $4,500 in my account, and my balance was reduced. I did everything requested and it was all approved. There was no problem when I deposited $3,000, so the issue arose only when I tried to withdraw. They haven’t told me the reason. Jackbit is a very good site and I trust it, but I don’t understand why this happened to me. I checked my transaction history and I only received TRX from a friend — this shouldn’t be punished. I don’t see any problem on my part, and I don’t think Jackbit would keep $2,000 of mine. I also want to know: what exactly is the reason? What did I do wrong? Out of 30 possible rules, which one did I violate? I wasn’t able to reach a solution via email. I hope we can resolve this here and that this confusion can be corrected. my username= Kapo

Dear Servet, Following a detailed review of your account, our system detected multiple accounts linked to your profile, which constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions, specifically Sections 8 and 9 related to account usage and security policies. As a result, the account was permanently closed in accordance with our platform rules. Please note that your last deposited amount has already been successfully withdrawn, and no remaining eligible balance is being withheld. These actions are taken strictly in line with our compliance and security procedures to ensure a fair and secure environment for all players. Best regards, Jackbit Casino

Reliable Experience Over time
I have been playing here for a few month now, and this alone is a testament to how good this site is. Many other sites tend to lose my interest quickly, either because of slow payments or confusing bonus terms. This site seems more reliable. I began with a welcome bonus and carefully read the terms and conditions before playing to avoid any surprises down the line. I mostly play with ethereum and sometimes USDC, and all payments have come through quickly. The sports book is better than I expected. I can place a bet on large football events and then move on to live casino games in the same session. There's no need to search for games since the site is clean and organized, and I don't waste any time looking for something to play. I have made two withdrawal requests so far, and both were crypto. They came through in a reasonable amount of time, and this is why I keep returning instead of exploring other options.

I can recommend this casino
I can recommend this casino. It's just smooth gambling. Website is working good and is easy to navigate. They have great catalog of slot games, so I could play my favourites. And they accept crypto payments which I'm fan of.
