I deposited $50 and put in a promo code from their telegram channel “100 free spins no wagering” and tried to withdraw $60, then they declined it and said i need to wager $55. Bunch of scammers then i spent the 60$ on slot with special bets $4 spins and not even 1 spin hit. Now i’m left with $0

Few months ago they scammed me over a $100 bet that i placed on roulette and two days ago they did the same bs but this time over a $4 bet. I placed my bet and it was the winner and then their roulette page glitched and refreshed the page and after my winning bet wasn’t paid or refunded. After I contacted support they told me to wait several days and then they say nothing wrong happened. This casino is a joke, good thing It wasn’t big amount, bc every time their game will glitch or something happens they won’t refund or pay. Just a scam casino. Stay away from this casino. Ive been using Jackbit now rebranded to Jack for over 4 months, overall had a very positive experience with withdrawals, support and games. Had minor problems but once brought to supports attention they helped alot would recommend oppose to other crypto casinos.

Instead of feeling like my case was genuinely investigated, I spent days receiving generic replies while trying to explain the same issue over and over again. Then I was told I was eligible for a bonus, only to receive a completely different response later. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. To make matters even worse, I experienced another issue where a bet appeared not to be placed. I clicked again, and both bets were accepted, costing me around $150. I have completely lost trust in this casino. If this is how they handle serious technical issues and loyal customers who have deposited thousands of dollars, think twice before playing here.

Ive played here for nearly a year and i did really like JackBit never had any withdrawal problems, thought the payouts from bonuses was fair, bonuses/Freespins came in fairly quickly, live help was good and i had some good days on here.
