⚠️ WARNING ABOUT JACK.COM — BE CAREFUL BEFORE DEPOSITING YOUR MONEY My username is ledouksinho. Jack.com kept my rejected bets, and I have screenshots documenting the entire situation. Their support repeatedly assured me that I would be paid, first telling me to wait a few hours, then a few more days. Despite all these promises, I never received my money. I kept all the screenshots as evidence of their promises and the way my case was handled. I also discovered that I was not the only user reporting similar problems. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable. I feel scammed, and based on my personal experience, I consider the way Jack.com handled my case deeply dishonest. I deposited money expecting a fair service, but ended up chasing a payment that was repeatedly promised and never arrived. Their Curaçao licence raises serious questions about what protection players actually have when disputes like this occur. A gambling licence should not be an excuse for customers to be left without answers or a proper resolution. I am also extremely disappointed with influencers like Arman who promote this platform without adequately addressing the risks players may face. I have kept the screenshots. I have the promises. I have the evidence. And I will continue exposing my experience publicly until I receive a proper answer. Unfortunately, I feel that I have been scammed by Jack.com. I strongly advise other players to exercise extreme caution before trusting this website with their money. Stay away until these issues are properly addressed.

@scam I would Like you people to never play this casino because they are scam website even neon is playing on it dont means that this company is legit this is shit company I can show you the problem was withdraw I was trying to withdraw my 25 usd on usdt tether on bsc chain and it got rejected so I contacted support and they said I need to wager 1.3x to wager and I need to have 24.6 usd more wager to make a withdraw So I did the wager and again when I contacted then then they same said I need to wager 24.6 usd more I said to them that I did it and they can check my bet history that I have wagered more than 50 usd on 1.3x odds and they said it was double checked and the decision is from the team and I was so fusturated that I did et again and again I was winning and I lost 5 times in a row and I placed 30 USD BET AND i LOST IT and again I put 3 usd I won and I went to roullete and lost it all this is a game they are playing they are taking all of our money they are scam dont fall for them scammers they are scammers

I get my bets rejected on live blackjack creed everytime I play here. N guess what they just keep the rejected funds. Their casino/platform stole $50 after I won $100. It’s happening third time when I play European roulette and some amount of money disappears. In addition to their rigged casino games they have audacity to steal your money and say nothing happened everything was fine on their end. Sometimes after you place your bet on roulette your winning bet wont be paid and your bet money will disappear and they do nothing to resolve this issue, even if you provide all screenshots and info. Keep in mind their live support cant solve or help with anything, all they say is they need some time to investigate this issue even though the issue is obvious and easy to resolve.
