Haven’t won shit. Feels like I got scammed. I’m closing this account

This casino is a total rip-off! I played there for nearly a year, and no matter what stakes you play or how much you deposit, you can't win anything above €1,000 after that, everything systematically gets eaten up! In the free spins, 90% of the time you don't win more than €20 after having lost over €50 and that’s always the case, regardless of the day or time. It’s simply impossible to win anything decent! The bonus you get amounts to a mere 0.1% of your deposits, which is absolutely outrageous! I do not recommend this casino even one star is too much!

Jack replied to my review and said: Dear Swarmz, Following a review of your account, access to promotional offers was restricted due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions. If you require further clarification regarding your case, please contact us at Best regards, Jack Casino They are such a lying company they are the ones who kept sending me emails about offers if i deposit this i get free spins, so i did it and the email clearly stated if i took part in that offer i still would be eligible for the welcome offer after as well, and for the part they claim i broke terms and conditions for the whole process of the promotion I CONTACTED THEIR SUPPORT TEAM ON HOW MUCH I NEED TO WAGER AND HOW TO DO THE PROMOTION. if they can blatantly lie like this they can do anything. Scam company

1 month and funds are still not credited.. —————- Update, 19 October 2026 It has now been 24 days since the 150 USDC was sent on Base (September 25). The funds are still at the deposit address with no outgoing transactions. Support continues to say the case is under investigation or in its final stage, but has provided no case number, no confirmation the address is linked to my account, and no timeline for credit or return. ————————— Update, 14 October 2026 It has now been 19 days since the 150 USDC was sent on Base (September 25). The funds are still sitting at the deposit address on Base. There have been no outgoing transactions. Payments and Compliance continue to reply that the case is under investigation or in its final stage. No case number has been provided, the address has not been confirmed as linked to my account, and no date has been given for credit or return. On October 6, Jack replied here that the unsupported-network deposit requires assistance from a payment provider and that they were awaiting a response. No further update has been received. The transfer remains fully visible and successful on-chain. I am still waiting for a concrete resolution rather than another holding reply. ————————— Update, 7 October 2026 12 days have now passed since the 25 September transfer. Nothing has been completed. The 150 USDC has not been credited and it has not been returned. It is still at the deposit address on Base, and that address has no outgoing transaction. Every reply says the case is prioritized, the funds are safe, and I should wait. The latest says they are speaking to a payment provider. I still have no case number, no provider name, no provider ticket number, and no date. I asked for those today. I have not received them.Jack Casino online has not given a date for a deposit I sent on an unsupported network ————————— What went wrong: On September 25, 2026, I sent 150 USDC to Jack Casino online on Base, a network the site does not accept. The transfer completed that day. The mistake was mine. As of October 2, seven days later and five business days later, it had not been credited or returned. Payments and Compliance both said an investigation had to be completed and that the funds were secure. Neither gave a case number or a date. I asked what the investigation covered and what else was needed. I was not told, and I was not asked for anything further. I had already provided the transaction details and confirmed the sending wallet was one I had used before. In live chat on October 2, the agent said the case was linked to my account and that the funds would not be lost. He would not share a case number or a timeframe. After I provided the transaction details again, he closed the chat and said nothing further could be done from his side. How this can improve: Say whether a transfer on an unsupported network can be recovered, what the review checks, and what the customer still needs to send. Give a case reference and a date for the next update. Closing the chat does not answer those points. I am not disputing the network mistake. One week later, I still do not know what the investigation is, whether the funds can be recovered, or when they will be returned.

I am writing this to warn anyone who thinks they can get ahead or break even using Jack.com. It is not just the rakeback ladders and the reward systems—the site in general is rigged so that you will never win back even a portion of what you put in. I joined this platform on July 23, 2026. My fiance had just passed away, and I didn't know what I was going to do or how I was going to make it. A friend was using this site and winning like crazy, so I thought, why not sign up for the free spins? That is exactly when the spiral started. The small wins in between just kept the spiral going to the point that I eventually took out a loan. I thought about each and every deposit I made, convinced I could win it back. Instead, my dashboard now shows a Total Wager of $826,227.08, reaching Gold VIP level. When you are in it, the platform makes you feel cared for with "Instant Rakeback," "Weekly Bonuses," and "Monthly Bonuses." It is an absolute illusion designed to keep your money moving through their system until there is nothing left. Out of nearly $830k in wagering volume, my lifetime withdrawals amounted to just one main cashout of about $13,700 and a few smaller ones, leaving me completely wiped out.It is so incredibly hard right now to look at my kids, my family, and my friends in the face because of the shame and the absolute dread of having to tell them what happened. If you are going through a hard time, grieving, or struggling financially, please look at my numbers and stay far away from this site. They will automate your rewards, watch you deposit thousands of dollars multiple times a day, and completely drain you without a second thought. The house always wins. Don't let them take your life savings like they took mine.

Wager requirements are not provided clearly. Customer support only references "internal policies" that have been set for wagering requirements, which aren't mentioned in the terms of service. Not trustable.

The site is run by a group of thieves who will steal your money. Be careful.

The dumbest Via betting site I've ever seen The website is fraudulent and stupid; it looks like it was programmed by a 12-year-old. Don't gamble, don't deposit, run away
