Worst company i have used they left my phone in SOS mode contacted them and changed me to a virtual sim just for it to not work then end my contract worst company I have used and would never recommend

Never activated my phone. Kept giving me the run around. Scammers avoid at all cost.

Due to the change from T-Mobile to AT&T I cannot recommend J1 Simcards anymore. It is really complicated to transfer the number and the support was not helping me at all. The kept repeating I should get in touch with T-Mobile and provide my account details. So overall I was not happy with their service.

Absolutely worthless service. Had to transfer from T-Mobile to AT&T and the process totally got messed up. I ended up having to get a new phone number.

ZERO STARS. I put 1 star because I couldn't do less. Paying 50$ per month I couldn't have important call records for legal matters because they don't track calls. I was forced to change sim card and almost lost my number. Don't waste your money with them

Cannot recommend at all. Canceled my plan midway through because of “changes with the carrier.” I was not informed about this and left without a working phone. Customer support did nothing to offer to fix the problem. Also the same day activation did not work. Overall awful experience.

Worst prepaid sim card ever, don't use that !!! I activated my one month plan before coming to the United states. No network signal. Even if restart my phone and followed all instruction on their website.... I never received a network signal since i was here. I recommend to never activate this sim card and to choose another carrier its better trust me. 👍

Obviously very busy, too busy to get their service levels correct. Let me tell you a story of a company that promotes it is there for people and then fails. Before my trip to USA I contacted J1 SIM Cards and order a SIM 3 months before the trip. It arrived, I registered it and paid for it for the date my trip started.... All Good. Then I received an email a fortnight before travelling to say the SIM was canceled and they had refunded my money, but sent a new SIM. It will be there before you travel. Of course, it did not arrive. They, therefore, have left me without a service for the trip! Great. One job and they were unable to complete it.
