IXL stresses you out rather than learning anything. When you get a question wrong your progress goes back 6-8, whereas getting a question right will lift you up by only 3-5. Something else to note is that the examples and videos give little to no idea on what you're doing. I've attempted to use these examples and videos to help me understand the material only to stay confused before and after getting help.

It does do help a little but receiving 2 points and losing 8 is just so annoying. It's just a perfect combination to make anyone frustrated and angry.

IXL is the absolute worst math website in the entire universe. Literally, every time I get ONE wrong it removes like 50 points!! I mean like COME ON! I HATE IXL!!!!!!!!!! My language arts teacher is making me do this. I only have to go to 80%. I am at 65% right now, I get up to 70 something, and then get one wrong, and then go back down to like 60%.
