IXL is either too hard or too easy. When it is easy you learn nothing from it, and when it is hard you spend WAY too much time on it. I have seen classmates cry and scream over the smartscore. Just don't use this platform

I dont hate this app but i also dont like it. It really helped me learn and the videos where very helpful unlike iready. But the problem is the smartscore it is bad like you lose 10 points for one qeustion wrong but one point for a corect question?

I honestly dislike how you can miss one question and it brings your score down by like 7 or 10. This is seriously so stupid. This isn't teaching kids to get better at math, reading, etc, it's basically saying that they need to get every question right or their going to drop their score by 10. It would also be better if you had at least 2 tries before it tells you what you did wrong. I seriously can't even enjoy doing math on IXL because I get so mad when I get one question wrong and it takes my score down by 10.

Althrough IXL might be good there are some downsides like for example the "Smart Score". If you only get just ONE QUESTION WRONG you go down to at least 7 points, BUT if you get a question right you only go up by LESS THAN 5 POINTS! Overall it's a mid for me ngl

Hi. I’m planty and I’m a 9th grader and have been using this since 1st grade and sometimes I’ll have a 75% score and then i get one wrong and it drops to a 50 and id have to do it all over again…

This is by far the worst learning platform ever. It is a waste of time, and it is enraging! I suggest using Seasaw and Xtramath. However, it does explain why you are wrong which I good. So that is why I am going to rate IXL 2-stars
