Never, ever buy curtains from this website. Absolutely terrible customer service. The first time I ordered curtains, they suggested a color that wasn’t even listed on their website. The second time, I reached out again — they gave me an unreasonably high quote. When I said it was too expensive, they told me to “make it simpler” and just order directly from the website. My request from the very beginning was for the same color as before. Instead of adjusting my order properly, they pushed me to place it myself. I completely forgot that the color wasn’t available online and naturally assumed I was getting the same shade. In the end, I received completely different curtains. And the company simply shrugged and told me it was my fault.

I was very specific about a size AFTER pleating and they refused to remake them, taking no responsibility of what was communicated to their representative (prior to making). $180 wasted. I went and bought the same style on Amazon for half the price.
