Smooth experience from start to end.

Ivy Exec organised / facilitated a F2F interview for me with a client of theirs in tech for $400. I turned up as planned at the London venue and the meeting happened as agreed with the payment made by the client within 48 hours. The whole experience was very satisfactory.

I was contacted by Ivy Exec representative via LinkedIn, at first it sounded like a scam, offering me a one-hour consulting opportunity (regulatory insight sharing) on a relevant topic of my specialization for an Ivy Exec Client. The consulting did take place, and it was a good experience from the professional point of view. However, the inconvenience was right after, as they offered from the outset to pay a professional fee in return for my time and expertise, to be paid via Paypal. The amount was lower than what they promised, and it took almost three weeks to be transferred. I raised the issue with the person who contacted me, and very politely looked into it. After several weeks the issue has been finally resolved, turned out it was a problem with the third party digital payments provider; however I find the payment method neither friendly nor clear, it took several weeks to solve the problem, and again the fee was lower than promised; however now I have to amend and say that they (partially) fulfilled their share of the agreement and would perhaps give it a second chance.

Really smooth experience from start to finish. Responsive, professional, and made the whole process easy. The screening survey was quick, scheduling was straightforward, and the consultation itself was a genuinely interesting conversation. Would recommend to any media professional who gets the opportunity.

I took the two-week trial, and everything was fine. Even got a review of my LinkedIn profile, which was somewhat helpful. I then went in about a week ago to cancel my membership so it wouldn't be billed. Much to my surprise, I got billed $166 for a six-month membership that I didn't order. I tried to e-mail them at the customer service e-mail, and the e-mail bounced. Tried to call them, and agents were not available. They make it really hard to get your money back once they steal it from you.

I had a great experience with Ivy Exec. The interview process was very easy, professional, and straightforward. I was paid exactly as promised, and communication throughout the process was clear. I would definitely recommend this opportunity to others and would participate again in the future!
