Hi Chris, Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback.  Ivy Exec is a subscription based platform and online membership for Manager to C-Suite professionals looking to have access to our career advisory services.   To that end we offer multiple services, which include access to our mentorship program, resume critique/rewrite, career coaching, webinars and online classes. The goal of our Job Board platform is to curate jobs from multiple job boards. Dear MK, we apologize if your experience with our resume critique service wasn't satisfactory. There are some best practices out there that we advise all of our clients. However every resume critique call is customized to a specific person in a specific industry. Our most important advice goes on content, and even though we understand that the format for professionals working in design and marketing can be a bit more colorful and unique, we still believe that the content of your resume is more important. We take user feedback to heart and are disappointed that it was easier for you to write this review on Trustpilot than to contact us directly.
