Although I love iTunes, I do hate the fact that the cost have been raised so high. Granted we only have illegal downloaders to thank for this but still, it's hurting us legal folk. I would give iTunes 5 stars had the cost been more competitive and fair.

I love music, TV, movies and I often do buy from iTunes but the fact is that I find numerous problems with their business. For example, I lost some albums I had downloaded a few years ago and when I go to buy those songs/albums again iTunes sometimes tells me that I can download them again for free again but other songs/albums it makes me purchase again. Why is there this inconsistency? I also feel that their prices for some items are to high and not being able to buy items that are available in other countries seems petty? Is there some reason for this? Overall I think iTunes is a good concept but could be greatly improved. The problem is I feel they don't care much about their customers.

They're alright, but there are other music sights around that allow your music to be played on any portable device, not just apple devices!

Im 44 and lived back in the age of walk mans with the cassette tape. Obviously I had to join the real world and get an Ipod where I would have to use Itunes servie. Songs are pretty easy to find but I have the hardest time , every time, loading them on to my ipod. I think the site could be more user friendlly.

First off, I do purchase my music, but the prices on itunes are just off-putting sometimes. I would go for the occasional album, but they just don't seem to be throwing a lot of offers out there nowadays. It can also be frustrating to search for music on their site and find out that they don't have it.

I have found that the music etc on Itunes is great with all the different selections, but as a new user of it, I have found it a little difficult to find out how to "sync" to me ipod and do "lists" etc.

Since the advent of the iCloud, and iOS 5.0, everything relating to my iPhone, iPad, and iTunes has slowed down dramatically! Just getting iTunes to launch and play music (neither tethered or syncing via wifi), is a much slower process. Very antiquated.
