For an IT site the eminence of iTunes there are a lot of faults. 1. The choice is sometimes not as complete as it could be (comare with Spotify!) 2. The billing is awful. The bill often comes in weeks after payment, these is no immediate confirnmation and worst of all it is fragmented if you make multiple purchaes at the same time. 3. Finally it is often dearer than Spotify.

I used to have Windows 7, and running iTunes on it was a rather painful, slow experience. Now I have an iMac, and WOW - its simply a different experience - you can actually change all the tags for content.

Find navigating around the website troublesome and the search facility is poor.

You only have customer service while your hardware (ipod) is in warranty. The program automatically updates but you are out of luck if the update upgrades your version of iTunes which isn't compatible with your operating system. Ours updated to version 10 which isn't compatible with Vista or Windows 7. We were unable to access iTunes store for months.

Tunes, videos and TV programmes are expensive compared to similar online stores. Interface is good though

Jeg er så træt af i-tunes... Det duer kun til den musik, man køber på i-tunes Store. Så snart man bruger deres latterlige program til at importere musik fra ens computer, opfører det sig helt åndsvagt: - Kopierer de samme numre flere gange - Skriver fx ikke Mozart som kunstnernavn men navnet på musikkeren, der spiller hans musik, så man skal omdøbe hver eneste "sang" manuelt... - Kan ikke konvertere alle wma.filer, så man kan ikke få al sin musik med i i-tunesbiblioteket. - Beder om rettigheder til at kopiere nogle CD'er, jeg har betalt for! - Tror at The Police og THE POLICE er to forskellige bands, så man igen skal rette manuelt for at undgå at have 2 kunstnernavne, der hvor der kun er 1. - osv... Et godt råd: vælg et andet program, hvis I vil have styr på jeres musik!
