Monopolizer!!! - use Windows media centre - I love it!

I don't use Apple products precisely because of this nanny knows best software. It works very well but the job it does is not focused on providing the consumer with choice and a great player it is focused on providing the highest possible revenue to Apple. There ought to be a middle way.

It destroyed all my computers. Exteremly user unfriendly. Not intuitive at all. This software needs to be scraped and rewritten.

Almost impossible to actually raise an issue when something goes wrong with a purchase - I'm sure there are ways to contact them but they make it SO difficult. So many minor annoyances when using iTunes but the major one is feeling completely isolated with nowhere to turn when something wont download. Also worth mentioning the constant annoyance of having to update my billing details EVERY TIME I buy something! Yes, I purchased from another device! - isn't it obvious by now I have an iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch that I buy from?

be very careful with itunes, they have over charge my account multiple times.
