Det er helt utrolig hvor lidt det fungere, uanset hvad man skal med itunes går der fisk idet. idag må jeg simpelhen opgive at få opdateret en nyindkøbt gammel ipad. den skal tilsluttes itunes for at få ios 12, men det må jeg konstatere ikke kommer til at ske, det virker simpelthen bare ikke. Der var engang hvor apples produkter faktisk virkede, nu er det vigtigere at sprøjte ting på gaden, end at de faktisk virker.

Its next to impossible to simply gift someone Itunes money, like it should be as simple as logging into your itunes account or device click gift, giving the apple id number it confirm it exists and you select amount. No they ask you for bsb numbers credit cards why it should be the same as buying apps. The whole gift process they advertise never works it says contact apple support they refer you to a 48 hour ordering service with with tons of fields to fill out = sorry bye apple Were all doing google play cards now APPLE is just TOO HARD

I received an Apple Store gift card for christmas but what I wanted was an iTunes gift card. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone this morning calling Apple Store only to be informed that I cannot exchange an Apple Store card for an iTunes card without the receipt.... It was a gift... CLEARLY I DON'T HAVE A RECEIPT - DUH!!! What I do have is a gift card # and a PIN and still the service rep, who said he was CHARLES, A SENIOR ADVISOR AT THE ITUNES STORE, said the policy was he can't do it. When I asked him what the policy stated as the reason why, he could not answer. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he could not do that. TERRIBLE SERVICE, APPLE!!!! YOU SHOULD BE DOING BETTER!!!

Atrocious customer service. Purchased two singles on I Tunes that have now "disappeared" from my library. Been sending e- mails for nearly a year now and still not resolved! Also lie in their earlier responses that they called and I was "out of town". Total BS! Looking for another provider of downloadable music now.

I subscribed to a popular newspaper digitally. They are not to blame for this at all. I had a direct debit with the newspaper. iTunes additionally took 15 payments out of my account, so I was paying twice. As the amount was one I expected I didn’t notice this. When I did they asked me to prove the payments with a bank statement which I did. They then refused to give me a full refund or explain how the error happened. They gave me a partial refund. My gripe is that I never entered into an agreement with them . They just took my money as I had an iTunes account. Fair enough it was a mistake, but not to refund it is criminal. The newspaper refunded the difference,but I am still concerned that itunes can do this.
