Having signed up for Norton on a free trial I was subsequently charged for a years subscription. I had forgotten to cancel the free trial which I had did not use. I then tried to use it to protect my PC and was advised it is was Apple products only. I contacted Apple on a couple for a refund and received no response. I have just contacted them again and saw a comment saying I was not eligible for a refund. They did not bother to contact me to explain why. Such poor customer service!

trash... Mther f ! this damn place.. and there stupid ass phones.. i will never go and buy another stupid ass iphone again.. trass YOU APPLE.. im android now!

Programma pessimo, pesante, poco intuitivo. Tempo perso per trasferire files banali.. E necessita di macchine di ultima generazione per poterlo supportare. Molto male, praticamente inutilizzabile.

ACHTUNG: - wenn man nicht richtig aufpasst bei den Einstellungen, legt iTunes eine Kopie aller Titel im eigenen Ordner an, was bedeutet Speicherx2 - wer sich seine Titel von CDs eigenhändig auf Festplatte eingespielt und sorgsam nach Artist und Album sortiert hat und danach iTunes die Mediadatenbank "organisieren" lässt darf feststellen, dass danach ca. 75% der Daten in den Ordner "unkown artist/unknown album" kopiert und völlig unsortiert abgeleget wurde. - legt Mediainformationen bei Windows auch ungefragt auf Laufwerk "C:", das bei mir ausschließlich fürs Betriebssystem reserviert ist. Von "KI" leider weeeeiiiiiiiittt entfernt und zur Organisation von Musik nicht geeignet - es sei denn man hat alles aus dem Internet / aus iStore gekauft.

Bei Kauf von iTunes Karten in den Niederlanden können diese nicht im deutschen Store eingelöst werden. Bei Kontaktaufnahme des Supports werden auch keine Lösungen angeboten. Die Karte konnte auch nicht zurückgeben werden, da das Feld schon freigerubbelz wurde. Schlechter Service für so ein internationales Unternehmen!

I signed up for a free trial with an app which I purchased via itunes, and I didn't like the app - so I cancelled it once the period had ended (and within the 14 period you have to cancel an app). But I noticed that they're now charging me for a subscription. I contacted both the app & iTunes to explain, and both are refusing to cancel to and issue me with a refund. I've contacted customer services so many times, to no avail. They're probably going to respond to this comment saying 'message us' etc. That's just for show, we know that's a tactic to make it seem that you're responding to customers.

After an accidental purchase of an Apple Music subscription, went to report it to reportaproblem.apple.com and was denied twice for my “accidental purchase” request with no reason. If this option is not valid to get a refund why is it even there? Absolutely unacceptable, a big company like this is after small money. Google’s refund policies are 100 times better than this disgusting company.

My disabled brother had an ipad bought on his behalf using his money. It turns out he cant even download free apps without a debit or credit card. My brother cant manage his own money. I was so desperate to help him I set up a paypal account for him and had to register my debit card on it. He downloaded the free apps. When I asked apple whether deleting the debit card from paypal would stop any purchases being made, three Advisors, including a senior, refused to give me a straight answer and suggested that it would still charge me. They also told me that I'd have to delete my paypal account from his device. He is over a 100 miles away. Apple said for security reasons they couldn't delete the PayPal account themselves apparently for security reasons. I asked them first whether there was a way around him having to have a payment method to download free apps, they told me there wasnt. .my brother has severe learning difficulties. Thank God I purchased a Samsung running Android recently .id never use Apple again.
