Oksana is AMAZING. Both my fiancé and I got our diamond wedding rings at ItsHot. We are both very picky and decided to custom make the rings. Oksana was patient and listened to what we wanted. I’m so thankful and we both love our special rings!

I bought an amazing ring from them and loved the customer service and the staff. The only drawback was that to resize it I needed to wait a day, and couldn’t get same day service. Overall very happy with the ring and my experience.

As always, ItsHot did a great job! They re-sized my wedding ring and cleaned it. Looks beautiful! They also gave me great advice on my mom's ring to keep the stones intact. I will be getting that work done by them as well. Highly recommended!

ItsHot was great to do business with, I got my engagement and wedding band here. I have had all around great experiences with them! Jennifer is always helpful and sweet! Thank you!

The only place where I could find a real solid gold chain. In other stores it was either hollow gold or just too overpriced. I got a good product there for a fantastic price. I highly recommend to shop for jewelry there, they’ve got the best inventory I’ve ever seen in a jewelry shop.

Fantastic store and website! It’s really easy to place your order there. The delivery even with free ground shipping I picked took less than a week. I was able to buy a very nice men’s diamond watch there and it arrived in four days. Both watch itself and packaging are outstanding and exceeded all my expectations.

Oksana was very polite, responsive, and friendly; I am a big fan of hip hop and love the selection of real hip hop jewelry in this store, these are not some silver and cz items but real stuff, gold with genuine diamonds. I love the fantastic collection of men's diamond rings I found at It's Hot at last was able to purchase my first one. Thank you, definitely won’t be the last.

Oksana helped me choose a watch for my brother for his 40th birthday, and I absolutely loved how pleasant and dedicated she was. She helped me out getting a perfect gift in the right price range. Superb service.
