Artur was extremely helpful with my watch battery replacement (for a watch I purchased a few years back from ItsHot) while maintaining social distancing. No other place would help me because of COVID-19 but they figured out a way to let me drop off my watch, and then pick it up without ever actually seeing each other face to face.

I love the jewelry here! I purchased a diamond wedding band from ItsHot and it looks incredible. I wasn’t sure what design exactly I was looking for when I first came in but the staff was super helpful and after looking at a few rings found one that I absolutely fell in love with.
