Very sorry about the mistake. Looked into the matter and there are no excuses here that we can provide, I would like to clarify what happened: the original salesperson did properly take the order though and put notes on it to customize the bail of the pendant to fit 9mm rope chain, but when the pendant came in, she was on vacation, so another sales person took over the order and didn't review the notes prior to shipping the pendant. Unfortunately (or fortunately) we still have humans working, not robots, and although we have procedures in place to find such mistakes and correct them prior to shipping, and constantly working to improve these procedures, in this case the mistake was made not just by one person but by two: our jeweler when he was making the pendant, and the sales person who took over the original one to assist you with pendant and ship it. Not sure what $50 you are referring to for shipping in your review though. As I reviewed the communication, the representative who you spoke with did apologize for the mistake and is providing you with prepaid shipping label where you would not have to pay anything to ship the pendant to us to adjust the bail (both shipping and adjustment will be done for free). We understand your frustration with waiting for the pendant and it not fitting the chain and again are sorry about the mistake, issue was escalated to management and we will make sure such mistakes won't happen again.

Sorry but what you talking about? O71723 is not our order number, thats not how our order numbers work. We have been in business since 2004 (actual registered business with New York State), we have an actual physical location in NYC, we absolutely do not do fraud, it is illegal and had we done it even once our business would be closed. We also do not have a customer with your name Dar Miller. If you are referring to the fact that somebody stole your credit card information and then placed the order with us, then I am sorry but how is it our fault? We do use 3rd party verification services to verify that all credit card orders are valid, but if they placed the order using PayPal then you should take it up with PayPal as they check these transactions and guarantee them. Again, we have been in business since 2004, we provide great products and do honest service, we also do everything possible to protect us and our customers against fraud, but ultimately you are responsible to keep your credit card information safe.

The watch was 100% authentic as was verified, the band in the watch was after market, but the case and movement are 100% authentic. When you purchase a 30 year old pre-owned Mercedes Benz automobile, you will not have authentic tires on it, as they wear out and its impossible to this car with original tires after driving it for 30 years. The bands on the watches wear out the same way, so when you purchase a 30 year old Rolex for $5k-$6k in 99 out of 100 cases the band will be after market, simply because they get worn out and stretch out. Also you should check weights of different production year Rolexes and you will see that depending on the year of production (1980s for example vs 2000s) the weight of the Rolex watch will vary greatly (its actually the weight of the band that varies in weight the most). So yes, we stand behind out products 100%, but please have proper expectations spending $5k-6k on diamond Rolex, we do clearly state on the watches they are pre-owned, 2 out of about 100 watches we sell did not have this note the watches are customized which was added (we purchase these watches pre-owned and do set diamonds on them, so the diamonds are authentic diamonds but after-market). Buying Rolex watch with factory set diamonds is 100% waste of money as they make triple profit on diamonds, and once you purchase such a watch the resale value will drop to 1/3, while we make only about 15% on these watches so you are paying very little mark up for the same diamonds which help to keep the value of the watch when you purchase it actually. Watches for example that are listed at around $6k today, were listed about $1k less 2 years ago, so in just two years such a watch went up in price 20% instead of losing its value! So its very simple: you can buy a pre-owned Rolex watch with custom/not factory set diamonds and have this watch hold the value over the years or buy similar year watch for nearly triple the price with factory set diamonds by Rolex and have the resale value drop nearly 1/2 the day you paid for it, never going up anywhere close to what you paid for it.

Representative patiently explained that we provide 30 days money back guarantee, since it has now been close to 2 months since you received the watch, it is not eligible for return. It does not matter if it was worn or not. She also explained that although is past money back guarantee, it does come with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty and we stand 100% behind our products, so if there was anything wrong with the watch you are welcome to send it back for repair or exchange. So you don't need to be careful, but you sure should be educated and read the simple return policy: we provide 30 days money back guarantee, not life time return guarantee. Again: if there is really anything wrong with the watch then please contact us clearly stating you need the watch repaired and you will definitely be assisted and watch will be either repaired or exchanged.

First of all we only sell authentic watches, Gucci watches are pretty inexpensive, so to put real diamonds on a fake watch would not only be illegal but a pretty dumb business decision. Second: we do not have a customer named Kelly Fisher. Third: we have 30 days 100% money back policy, if you received an item you do not like for ANY reason you can return it for a full refund, so it makes no sense if the reviewer received a broken watch to keep it and not contact us right away. Fourth: all our items come with a 1 year warranty, so even if something happened with the watch after 30 days we would have taken care of it at no charge. So if this is a real customer please contact us and we will definitely assist you, although the review does not seem to be true for the above reasons: if the watch came broken, there was absolutely no reason to keep it or contact card company to do any investigation, a real customer would actually contact us and we would provided instructions on how to return the item.

Sorry but this review makes no sense. The watch this person referred to is currently out of stock but it is a listing for a new Breitling watch, he was comparing it to a listing he provided of a similar but used watch on some unknown Chinese website, which even if we did have the watch in stock we would not be price matching it.

This order is from 2015, so it was 4 years ago, since it is a weekend we are not able to get in touch with original salesperson but I do see notes on the account that the middle of the pendant has too thin of a plate to custom set the diamonds as customer wanted, the proper way to set the diamonds would be to make the back thicker with a back-plate which I see in notes was offered but because it would make the pendant more expensive it was refused by the customer. So the only way to stabilize the 3 custom diamonds that customer asked us to set in the middle was to use the glue to support the diamonds (which is never a perfect solution). We also messaged privately and will definitely work on a better solution with the customer.
