A urgent way to improve on your…
A urgent way to improve on your business would be to honor your delivery arrival windows. I paid for 2day fedex services but still haven't received my order at this point and time. An expected gift that cant be gifted due to your practices. Highly disappointed in the way in which your company bated me and switches their policies.

We checked your order and arrival window stated for your order is June 5th, so you will be getting your items onetime as per your delivery window. Sorry, not clear what gift you are asking about? Dear customer: for each item we list we provide expected delivery date, some items are in stock and can be shipped immediately, some must be manufactured or sized (like rings) and will take more time to ship. But for each item we do state the proper delivery date. For your particular order we state shipping date June 3rd and delivery date based on the 2 day air delivery is June 5th.

I ordered two hollow 10K rope chains
I ordered two hollow 10K rope chains. I wore one of them and it popped shortly after. I ordered a replacement for that chain, then took the second chain out of the box, and it popped before I even had a chance to wear it. At this point, this feels like a quality issue. I understand hollow chains are more delicate, but both chains breaking under normal handling is unacceptable.

Sorry you are having issues with the hollow chain. We specifically mention that these are not good for wearing a pendant on them, and you should not be sleeping with a hollow chain because they are too fragile. To wear a pendant or if you would like to wear the chain without removing it, please go for a solid chain. Please contact our support team and we will assist you with it.

Incorrect carat weight...
I first want to say that this was the FIFTH watch we have purchased here. I LOVE my watches. The 3 CARAT Montana was purchased for my Mother's Day. I currently have the black one and the mother of pearl and love them so much I wanted the blue one (yes, I love to match outfits). We ordered the blue one... When it arrived it was obviously much smaller, and I knew it was not the same 3 carat weight purchased before.. I compared it with the other two and as I suspected, it was much smaller. I took pictures and sent them to customer service. The difference was obvious. I had to pack the watch back up, take it to FedEX, and now I wait to see if the appropriate carat weight will be sent. It was really disappointing, particularly for Mother's Day, and I asked if they would overnight the replacement and I don't have a response yet. As I mentioned, this is my FIFTH purchase, and my daughter bought one, as well, so I have been very happy with previous purchases... I hope this is resolved. :(

I paid $150 extra for overnight…
I paid $150 extra for overnight delivery and haven’t received anything yet. Estimated delivery says 6/2 which would be almost a month out. Pretty ridiculous I paid $150 extra when I could just did the free shipping.

When you are viewing our items we are clearly showing availability and earliest delivery dates for the items. Some items are in stock and can be shipped right away, some might need to be manufactured, some need to be sized, etc. So in that delivery date when you are viewing items manufacturing time is calculated if item is out of stock. When you select the shipping method (as you did for FedEx Overnight), you are paying for FedEx delivery, how fast your order will be delivered to you once order is shipped. So for example it takes a week to manufacture some item and you paid for overnight delivery, it means that we will still need a week to make the item, but you will receive on the next day once it is made and shipped. Sorry if it was confusing and hope it makes sense now.

Sold me a Rolex with a fake wristband.
I purchased a Rolex watch, model 1603. I have had the watch for 2 years and decided to sell it. The watch they sent me was actually a 1641. The wrist band was not solid gold, but gold plated. The diamonds and bezel were real. I paid $7,600 and the appraisal certificate stated a value of $14,784. I took the watch to 6 different businesses and could barely get $1,700 for it 2 years later.

Not sure where you took the watch and in what condition it is, but depending on condition, we can offer you up to a full value for trade in for any other jewelry or watch items or up to $5,000 as a buyback, which is a lot more than the amount you claim it is worth.

Fraud alert! Don’t trust this company. They’re using bad quality parts for the Rolex watch. Their Rolex watch is a piece of shit! You guys just throwing your money away.

This is a repeat of the review for the same watch/experience. We are not using "bad quality parts". The watch you purchased we clearly stated in the listing that bezel and dial in the watch are aftermarket, but that does not make the watch "fake". Rolex dealer will declare a watch fake if it has any aftermarket parts, even if those have no influence on the watch movement and functionality. Now if you purchase a Mercedes which had rims, tires, wipers, even seats redone by not Mercedes to make it nicer, but the body, engine and all major parts are the same, does it mean you have a fake Mercedes? No, right? Same logic here. We have been in business for 20 years now, with actual location in NYC which you can visit and view, test and purchase products in person. We are New York registered business. Had we done a single scam in all these years in business we would long be closed. So we are a real business, information on your item purchased was clearly stated in the listing. And you could have returned the watch without problems within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it was in original condition.

This is actually a fraudster who tried to place the order using financing program, was declined by Acima and by Affirm and left this review. He did try to purchase a black diamond eternity band from us, but his payment never went though so the ring was never shipped.
