I didn’t have much trouble finding my way around the site, and the layout felt calm rather than crowded. I took some time to go through the information before reaching out with a question about paperwork. Support replied with a helpful explanation. It does the basics well, but there are a few areas that could be clearer.

My experience with iTrustInvestment was generally okay. The website works fine, but a few parts of the setup were a bit confusing, and the verification process took longer than I expected. I reached out to customer support- They did respond, though it took some time. Overall, I think the platform has potential, but it would really help to have clearer instructions and more consistent communication.
