I had some questions as I was going through, so I reached out to support. The answer was very helpful, but not soon enough. The explanation was fairly intelligible. It would be easier for new users if they could get faster and more detailed responses and instructions at the beginning.

They managed to get my negative review removed. This is not a legitimate company, they lure you to invest by telegram crypto scams, when you try to withdrawal money they ask for your seed phrase to then wipe out your account. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!! All the positive reviews are FAKE. I hope at I can spare at least one person from being scammed befkre they get this review removed. They have since deleted my account so I can no longer get proof I was scammed. DON'T BELIEVE TO 5 STAR REVIEWS ****EDIT**** Itrustinvestment deleted my account, stole my money and have disputed my review stating they have no record of my account, that's because THEY deleted my account after my first zero star review. They are theives and scammers and scum of the lowest kind, they will stop at nothing to get legitimate reviews removed. I have reported them to Australian authorities and police. Their reply to my review states they want me to contact them which I have proof of over twently emails trying to get access to my account and had been ghosted and ignored, I will state again DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Tried to open an account 4 days ago, send in my ID for verification, sent several email and still NO answer. I don't think someone is working there.
