A watch that I'd had for ten years was stolen and after months and countless hours of searching to find it's replacement online and in stores, I found it here and at a great price - half of it's original price ten years ago even. I communicated a lot with Bobby because I was not sure if a watch would arrive with silver or black hands. Bobby investigated this with his distributor, and I was assured it would arrive with silver hands. I ordered the watch based on a promise of full refund if it arrived with black hands. My Movado watch arrived with silver hands at a price lower than anywhere else on the internet for a new watch. Very happy.
