Super friendly and worked with me continually till we got it right. I will go no where else for items I need. I have played D2 for well over 20 years and have never been treated like a true OG VIP. These guys are legit. Only problem right now at the time of this writing is they haven't been replying to emails and the livechat support seems to be down for some reason. I will wait for them to come back up online and rewrite my review upon placing an order.

I placed and order for PC and was told 30 mins to 2 hrs It took about 4 hours for me to get my items but I did eventually get them It sucked waiting that long but with the new DLC and the high demand I understand. But the next morning I woke up to a email from them trying to make it right for me having to wait so long they gave me 2 free ber runes and 10% off my next order so thank you very much I will be using them again. I just know when placing an order I need to do it early enough because of the possible wait times. Be patient.
