excellent and shipping took quite a while so I'm not really sure what happened _---collar is great quality

Beautifully done dog tags....

I ordered two dog tags; one red and one yellow. It took a few weeks to arrive; the tracking tool worked. They arrived in wonderful condition. The colors are bright and have the glitter effect. The size of the tag is perfect for my smaller dogs (size 12 and 18 lbs). Very nice for the price.

Very nice. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but I wasn't in a hurry. The heart is smaller than I thought, but that works for my small dog. The text is also quite small, but readable.

The item arrived quickly. Very well made. Unfortunately due to my error, did not fit my pup. But they were able to help reorder bigger size. Great to work with. I will shop with them again

This is the best dog collar I have ever found. I have three. The buckle is metal and easy to open and close. I can actually do it with one hand. Having the name and phone number on the buckle is great; no need for a separate tag that jingles. The material is excellent quality. I see no wear and my dog has been wearing them for years. I don’t know what could be negative! I love this company!

Item was much smaller than expected and shipping did take longer as well. Product was of good quality.

Customer service was excellent. Prompt and got me the information I needed right away. And the collar is adorable and fits exactly as they said it would.
