It has been an extremely positive experience to work with ItaliaPass team. The customer service I got from them from before I purchased the ItaliaPass until I book most of my additional tickets was amazing. I am amazed by how little people know about the benefits they provide. I already saved more than $1000 USD for my family by purchasing the ItaliaPass, and I am yet to book train tickets. The booking process was easy. The customer service is top notch compared to US and Canada. The benefits I get are amazing.

Due to change in planning, I need to cancel the pre-booked train tickets. Fortunately, we purchased the one with option of cancellation. The refund process was very efficient and prompt. Love it.

Italia Pass was the best thing we did when planning our trip to Italy. The benefits we received exceeded the price we paid. It also helped plan our itinerary as we chose events that were part of the Pass first and worked around that. We participated in the free tours offered including the Rome Family Dinner, which was a real highlight of our trip!
