ItaliaPassReviews of italiapass.com

What a lovely overview of Venice. Thank you for the seamless coordination, and thank you to the Italian Rail representative who helped me out of the gondola. She was kind and helpful. Grazie mille for a fabulous experience.

ItaliaPass was wonderful! Very attentive, great service, quick responses when needed. Highly recommend.

From start to finish the staff at Italiapass were helpful and kind. When one of my most anticipated tours was cancelled, the staff were able to find me other options quickly and we were able to get to the venue we wanted with an amazing guide.

We found it very easy to book activities and any questions were answered immediately. Excelllent!

I needed to book a lounge and nothing was working from my desktop in Australia. An email to italiapass resulted in a fast response and a booking being quickly made - this was above and beyond from Sofia and she is a great example of how the industry works when it is at its best - Five Stars Sofia ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Haven’t taken my trip yet but so far I’m pleased with the value of the Pass. I’ve booked several of the complementary tours/events in Rome and I’m really looking forward to my trip there in a few weeks. The customer service was excellent with rapid responses to my emails.

I have dealt with Maria K. at ItaliaPass twice now and my experience is that I have received 5 star service from Maria. Her advice, assistance and prompt replies made the entire process very easy and stress-free. I have told many people who are travelling to Italy that they should join ItaliaPass and ask for Maria K's assistance. Keep up the outstanding support Maria. Paul Robertson

Top notch customer service! There is no drop off in service no matter what time and day I contacted the customer service team. Multiple ways to communicate with them as well. I am so impressed by the excellent customer service I received from them each time. I am especially thankful with their assistance with our train trip during the train strike. In addition, the cost of the Italia Pass is the best value in town. I was able to book the activities easily. I used all the benefits that came with the pass except for the Rome Termini lounge. I travelled with my sister and her family. We are all highly satisfied with our overall experience with Italia Pass and the outstanding customer care team. I highly recommend them to my friends and family in the US.
