ItaliaPassReviews of italiapass.com

both the experience and the staff were wonderful

This is a great value for the money. The rail travel was very comfortable and convenient. The tours that were included were very good. We would highly recommend.

A great value for the price! Many activities and tours included in the price of the Pass!!

They really do have great customer service, each time I have emailed with a question, they jump right on it.

Your service is exceptional as all queries are responded to so promptly and professionally. Will definitely make use of Italia rail in the future.

Great customer service, experienced guides and wide variety of activities to choose from.

The pass covered a lot of items that we are interested in and was an overall great experience. The Tour people and staff were excellent & friendly

We used many of the offers that are included in the Italia Pass and had a wonderful trip. We enjoyed the gondola ride in Venice, the $100 off a tour which we used for visiting Amalfi coast, the cooking class and roman dinner was fantastic. It was nice that some of the offers are just receiving the tickets or passes so you can visit it yourself such as the Pantheon, Uffizi Gallery, and Academia Gallery. Others are a tour such as the Colosseum which was very informative. Thank you.
