I was very impressed recently by Madbids after sales service. I have received a number of items from them through the years but this was the first one that was not functioning. My email to them was answered quickly and with courtesy. After following the instructions for returns I received a replacement very quickly which is working fine.

The only company with very straight forward Terms and Conditions which make the Madbid known for his Fair and Transparent policies. This game of auction is really a test of your patience and decision making ability. I have read about this company that this is fraud and misleading their customers. Actually these are those people who fails in the above given test and then shred their frustration by giving false statement and facts about the company. I am not addicted to this site because I use to use it once in a week which helps me in making the balance in my daily life. The quality of service given to their customers are awesome and also quality of their products are 100% original.
