Madbid (2nd Post)
Following up Madbid's reply to my first report, which denied they had received my first email, despite my receiving an automated response with a number (266473) which I quoted to them! They wrote to me on 1st June also saying they could not trace my first two emails. I have sent the email below on 2nd June; needless to say I have not heard a word since! I am amazed you state that you did not receive my two earlier emails, for, as I stated, I received an automated response (no. 266473 _ Not for Me) to the first one promising a reply within 48 hours!! I attach these emails below. They were addressed to the same address as my third email to which you responded, ie xxxxxxxxx I am not interested in credits, earned discounts etc., as stated it is too complex for me at my age, I would just like the refund I requested. Please also answer my query about the correct address for Marcandi Ltd. that I raised in my last email. Thank you. Having now seen how your system works, I have decided at 80 years of age that this is not for me, and too complicated. Please refund the amount I paid for credits. Many thanks, and apologies for troubling you.
