Although it is better than what we had before, which was nothing. The emails that are sent out are also a bit confusing, but that is mainly because the average user attention span is that of a barnacle. Either the documentation isn't very forthcoming, or there are limits to what the administrator can do

Our site was mistaken shut down three years in a row by mistake, usually in the month of October and November. It was usually issues with the billing department. The support staff was great and always got us back up within a few hours when they realized the mistakes. The site itself was reliable, as long as we did not have too many windows open. Otherwise, changes may be lost.

We have been using Issuetrak for about 3 years now. It has been great and has truly build some transparency in our process. In the past three years there have not been many changes as far as design or plugins. I would love to see a better mobile app since a lot of users are now mobile. Overall a great product and great price.

Works well for our helpdesk, but would like better and easier to use reporting capabilities for both closed tickets and inventory. Also would like cleaner and easier to read emails to end users when tickets get closed. Overall, solid dashboard and orgainization of tickets for a helpdesk team.

Issuetrak works well and is very customize able. Way more customizable compares to many other solutions. However they do not have the ability to tag an issue(if we want to flag it with multiple tags) and no way to add inventory to a ticket. Also it requires more clicks to do the same thing as other products making it time consuming. Can create customized surveys.

Good basic tool, but it has a great potential to be a lot better! There should be more customized feature such as customizable searches without having to add the feature each time.

IssueTrak is a good product for smaller to medium size businesses. Over the years they have been fairly responsive to our needs and have incorporated some of our enhancement suggestions. We are at the point of needing more of an enterprise-wide solution and not sure yet that IssueTrak will meet those needs.

Knowledgeable about Issue Trak product. Customer Service Listening skills need improvement. Techs think they have the answer before listening to the whole question or scenario that the customer is trying to convey.
