IsolaworldReviews of isolaworld.com

I received the wrong bathing suit in July and contacted Isola World in August, September, and October to resolve it. They say they emailed an offer of a replacement, but that email appears to have gone to spam. I did not accept or receive a replacement. When I followed up, they refused a return or refund because the order was now outside their 60-day window, despite my original request being made within that period. Their response acknowledged that they had not communicated their policy clearly, but the only remedy offered in their latest reply was 10% off a future purchase. That does not resolve the incorrect order. The bathing suit cost approximately $50, but my disappointment is about how the issue was handled. I wanted a straightforward resolution to receiving something I did not order.

Save yourself time and money and don’t buy from this company. Shipping took forever, there was tracking data provided but it didn’t actually track the shipment. After waiting for weeks I finally received three suits. They seem to have significant quality control issues with sizing and the fabric on one of them was very uncomfortable. When I asked for my easy return it required multiple emails back and forth and ultimately me having to pay for return shipping to China without any guarantee that I would actually be refunded my money. I was offered store credit if I wanted to keep the suits but why would I want more unusable items?

I placed my order on August 14th and still have not received my order. I can not get any answers on when it will arrive. I have a tracking number that shows steps sometimes and then other times says "order not found". I have been told different things about my order on different occasions. I am moving, so if I my order is delivered to my old address, I may or may not receive my order. They can't tell me how it is being shipped and whether it will arrive via USPS or some other carrier. Very frustrating. I have asked for a refund multiple times and told I could not get one because my order has already shipped. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is a complete scam. Do not order from them. I ordered two weeks ago, and they keep sending me 'updates' about the order and saying it is 'processing.' Still no valid shipping info. I am reporting it to my credit card, but wanted to save anyone else from making the same mistake. Do not order from this fraudulent company.

On the website they show a 60 day easy return. It is not easy. In fact, you have to go through a process of returning and they “assess” and then you have to pay to return. It cost me $40 to make a return because I had to send them back to China. Do NOT buy from them

My experience with this company so far has been a disaster! I placed my order 2 weeks ago - still no delivery. At the end of my order, they asked if I wanted a discount on one of the items I'd ordered, so I answered yes. Well, that turned out to be a scam to add ANOTHER of the items I'd ordered at the discounted price noted! And there's no way to then back out of that once that ruse is discovered. Then I did not receive any confirmation of my order, so re-entered it. Apparently they think I placed two orders, so have now charged me TWICE, duplicated my order, and thus far delivered NOTHING. Very distressing experience thus far! I contacted them immediately about the duplicated (discounted) item, and they said it was already too late because my order had been processed. But no sign of delivery, just duplicated charges on my credit card! STAY AWAY!
