ISBN purchase
I have only purchased ISBNs from ISBNdirect. The website and the purchase process function well. Book metadata are provided clearly. However, it was hard to find out what imprint I was signing up for before paying. That information was hidden away in the FAQs, apparently.

Hi AR! Thanks for your review—we appreciate your feedback. While the imprint details are available in our knowledge base, we recognize they weren’t as easy to find as they should be. That’s valuable insight, and we’ll be making this information more prominent on our website as soon as possible. To ensure you have everything you need, we’ve just reached out to you via email. Feel free to reply if anything remains unclear—we’re happy to help!
