We love the system. Unfortunately, the people who installed the system have disappeared on us. We'd like to have some help in adjusting the sprinklers, range, etc. Hopefully we can find someone who can assist in that.

It is really way too early to rate any overall experience, having only just purchased a small system in the last couple of days. My experience with Kelly Allen in Sales was pleasant, professional and informative. She was challenged to find a responsive, current contractor for installation, so I am working with someone new to Irrigreen in this area.

Over the last 3 or 4 years I have watched as Irrigreen Computer Controlled Irrigation Systems became available. In that time there was little, to no negative response to this system. In most cases I would never purchase the first run of anything that hadn't been field tested. Last summer I made the decision to install an Irrigreen 3 System. This was/is a DIY project, it involved 7 Irrigreen 3 Heads. Late last summer into the fall I ran the supply lines and electrical. I made the decision last fall to wait until spring to place the heads. So far I've been very impressed with the attention to detail, from the packaging, how they connect the electrical, the plastic parts design and quality, and the service department. I live in Northwest Ohio, Its the first week in April, I just set the 4 heads in my front yard. Weather permitting the 3 in the back yard when the monsoon’s stop. In the world we now live in, I don't have a lot of faith in the products I buy. Every interaction I've had with Irrigreen so far has been positive. If your thinking about an irrigation system take a good long look at Irrigreen!

Walked me through, step by step and I must have called several times and I was never rushed. I can't wait to use my system this season.

They had a great up front sales interaction! Very easy to understand what I was getting and what I was paying for. I had some issues with some of the sprinkler heads after I installed them. Realized that some weren't working properly. They sent out new equipment right away. Asked me a few questions and asked me to return the devices when I got the new ones. Overall, good experience

Everything I ordered came quickly, heads are placed in middle of yard vs edge and fewer of them needed, software works as described and is easy to use, installed myself (but others may find this difficult), The only downside is that the water delivered at farthest reach is "heavy" and will dig into the yard. Almost impossible to use with dirt and seed. Works great on mature grass.

Ok so in the spirit of honesty, my experience has been initially not awesome but they did redeem themselves ultimately and my sprinkler now is in working order and doing what it should be doing. My advice to anyone having problems is to call them as opposed to submitting an online ticket. Once I called they were extremely helpful, sent a replacement sprinkler overnight at no cost, and followed up until everything was working as expected. I even found a reddit thread from the CEO and he actually looked into my sprinkler issues to ensure all was fixed and working, which is for sure the highest level of customer service I have personally received ever. The sprinkler now works great, covers all the nooks and crannies a regular sprinkler could not and the schedule works wonderfully.
