Only started using IronBeam last week but I love them! Reports look good, wire transfer took less then an hour to hit my account, overall a solid brokerage firm so far :)

I Traded with Ironbeam their customer service is amazing, however their commissions are a little high. They except both Canadians and Americans. Anytime I had a question, I received an answer within a day or immediately there after. If you want great customer service this is the place to go. I dealt with Mike who was simply amazing to deal with!! Ironbeam is a great broker, when it comes to customer service. There withdraws were also ver fast by wire and by cheque it was dependant on mailing services. Keith G.
