My only problem was the shipping the box came to me broken and ripped on side Thank G-D the damage didn't ruin the products but still would like it if the packaging and the box was capable of coming in one piece.

I adore the styles Iris Fashion has to offer and the price point is terrific. But pieces of one of my assorted dozen were removed to fulfill another company’s order and it was infuriating - considering that the colors removed were the main reason I purchased that style in the first place. It’s important to note that I was refunded the amount of the missing pieces without having to ask for that to be done, and that was great! But that should be a two-prong response of “here’s your refund and here’s when we are expecting that style back in stock should you wish to reorder.” I called and the person who answered the phone seemed almost puzzled that someone would follow up on possible restocking dates. It’d be ideal to have the availability for reorder date updated on the item’s page in the future - particularly for highly sought after styles.

Half of my ordered was canceled and refunded because they did not have the inventory. The company need to track inventory before a customer orders. I’d rather have gone with another vendor if I was aware prior my ordering.

I am unable to track an expressed order and that concerns me a bit. It’s asks you to download a shop application but it just shows what you ordered.

My package did not have the shades colors that was advertised

arms was flimsy.. only ones that was good was the multi blue

They were not able to fulfill half of the order. It was reduced to only 2 dozens. The shipping cost was way too high . $46 for 2 dozens by USPostal service. On the other hand , this was the first time this happens and they ship quickly.

Alot of my glasses feel cheap . Hopefully they don’t break
