I received two pair of frames in the mail that are damaged.

Was initially excited for the good customer service, however the package arrived and there was additional $62.55 COD charge after already paying for shipping, absolute joke! Additionally, the request for all red glasses was not met and three pair are quite obviously pink.

Paid for 2 day shipping and it took 5 days to arrive

I thought this was a wholesale where I can use the sunglasses to start my business, I don’t want to sell sunglasses with a company name printed on it.

I didn’t get my delivery

This was horrible. They sent me 12 pcs and repeated colores instead of the full colors shown. Smh !

Terrible experience with this company and their private label services for the last year. They have strung me along with false lies of reproducing orders that were made completely wrong. Cheap material, incorrect color, it went str8 to trash. Emails and calls were stopped by both Stella (who stole deposit) a worker Yves (useless) a worker and Jeremy a “manager” who also runs the company via Trazzor LLC dba Zheng Wang. Samples were lost in the mail. I have no refund & no products. Completely unprofessional. Do your research and save your time and money. I’m headed to court.

I ordered sunglasses for my dance team’s performance for their show. And when the order came they were the wrong color. It’s correct on the order form but when they arrived they were a different color. I emailed and they said they would send a new shipment but it was too late because the show was two days away. So we had to go without them. So disappointing it would’ve really completed the look of our hip-hop dance.
